How do I get your creators to my store or show?
Simply send us an email with the name of the creators you would like to have visit. We will send you back their travel, lodging and any fees they may have for signings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, Money Order, Paypal and Credit Cards via paypal.
Can I submit my books for CGC SS under my own account?
At this time, all submissions must be submitted on our CGC account. Our fees are reflective of the current CGC pricing of $54 Fast Track Grading + $5 invoice fee + facilitation of $5 per signature. Shipping is calculated upon completion of your order.
Can I submit books for a CGC blue label through you?
Yes, we are a registered CGC dealer/facilitator. Please click the below link for access to our store where you can purchase the grading tier for each of your items. To avoid delays in processing your order, please make sure to purchase the correct tier: Modern books released from 1975-current Economy books released prior to 1975 (An easy way to determine this is if the book has a price tag less then $0.35, it is likely an economy tier). Looking the book in the Marvel/DC database is another good way to be certain.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, 75% of our current customers are overseas. Our shipping charges very depending on what type of item you purchase. The shipping will be listed in the specific product page.
What happens if you are unable to get a convention sketch or signature?
A 100% refund, including our facilitation fee, will be paid back to the customer.
